Mehmet KOC

Mehmet Koc is the CTO of Salesvex and a hands-on Software Engineer, responsible for the company's technical architecture and engineering direction while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day development. He believes that effective technical leadership requires staying close to the code — and at Salesvex, he does exactly that.

Before Salesvex, Mehmet built enterprise-grade interfaces as a Frontend Developer at Tipbox, a digital platform based in Tallinn, Estonia — focusing on responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces in close collaboration with design, backend, and product teams. He gained extensive full-stack experience at DEXGame, a blockchain-based e-sports and metaverse company, contributing to both frontend and backend development across the platform. He also worked as a Front-End Developer at Cubio R&D Software — one of Salesvex's founding pillars — where he developed digital solutions spanning mobile applications, web systems, and enterprise software integrations.

As Partner and Software Engineer at Füzyonist, he continues to contribute to digital product development, reinforcing his experience across diverse product and engineering challenges. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Selçuk University.

As CTO, Mehmet sets and maintains Salesvex's engineering standards, drives architectural decisions, and ensures that the technical foundation scales alongside the product. As an active software engineer, he codes, reviews, and ships — maintaining the discipline and velocity that a lean, high-performance team demands.

His focus spans technical architecture, full-stack engineering, system design, frontend development, and scalable infrastructure.
